Yes Bathrooms - Delivery Information

All products of Yes Bathrooms LLP are produced, packed and transported with the best possible care. In the rare occasion that something is missing from the shipment, such as a manual or brackets, please inform us immediately. We will endeavor to deliver the missing item(s) as soon as possible.

In the case that the delivered product(s) have been found to be damaged, please notify us immediately by email. At Yes Bathrooms LLP, we will try our best to rectify the problem at the quickest possible time. Any damage resulting from transportation not provided by Yes Bathrooms LLP andd/or improper handling or use will be payable by the receiving party.

Although we will handle claims reported after 24 hours of receipt of goods or on products which have already been assembled and installed, the cost of the repair or replacement could be payable by the client.
